Hi there, pls see comments.
1. The “SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN” portion is not allowing entries.
2. When you click the “Save to File”, there’s error message which indicates “Data typed into this form will not be saved. Adobe Reader can only save a blank copy of this form”. Why does the program not allowing this? If in case I don’t have a printer and will just go to a computer shop to print this, I cannot utilize this and it will be useless only, right?

Answers:
1.) I already uploaded a newer version of the file sir now editable in the Subscribed and Sworn part. You may download from this link: https://arjaytalosig.files.wordpress.com/2017/12/editableltopfapplicationformv1-1.zip and the download link in the article above has already be updated too.
2.) as discussed in Facebook sir, I think you need to update your Adobe Reader. Im using version 11 and no problem on all computers i tried the file on. Let me know if you still experience this after updating your Adobe Reader.

salamat po dito! big help. My father is due for renewal po January next year. Personal pa din po ang submission no? Dati kasi parang may nilaunch sila na online pero parang di gumagana.
Youre welcome, Mark. i-save nyo lang po yung file para next renewal kung walang changes, print na diretso, sign, notarize and submit na.
Well, after nyo ipa notarized,
1.) picturan or scan nyo yung:
* nbi clearance,
* police clearance,
* notarized form
2.) Upload nyo sa online account
3.) wait for it na ma approve then will be asked to deposit the payment
4.) after depositing picture or scan the deposit slip and upload sa online
5.) set an appointment when mo mapasa ang mga nasa #1 plus yung deposit slip
6.) pagpasa mo usually few minutes of wait maprint na yung LTOPF card nyo.

sir/mam. till now d ko maprint ang LTOPF last year ko p naprocess. nakalagay na ready to print d naman.
sir pag ganyan, kailangan nyo mag punta sa IT ng FEO One Stop Shop building sa Camp Crame for that. Sila lang makaayos nyan. Ganyan din sa akin one time. I needed to travel from Davao to Camp Crame kasi hindi maayos ng RCSU11 regional office nila.
